Who we are
This website is operated by NPO Services LLC, doing business as NPO Grant Writing. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website, contact us, or choose to schedule a meeting.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, organization website, service interests, current grant capacity, funding priorities, approximate timeline, and any message you choose to provide.
The public form is intended for initial business inquiries. Please do not use it to send tax returns, financial statements, passwords, health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive material.
Contact form processing
Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to NPO Grant Writing by email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its submission archive for 30 days. FormSubmit may also use cookies and spam protection technology when a form is submitted. Its handling of information is described in the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Copies delivered to NPO Grant Writing may remain in email and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.
Scheduling
Meeting scheduling is available through a link to Calendly. If you choose to schedule a meeting, Calendly may process your name, contact information, selected meeting time, and any additional information you provide. Calendly may also collect device, log, cookie, and local storage information under its Privacy Notice.
Hosting and technical information
The production website is hosted by Vercel. When the website is requested, Vercel may process technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. This can include IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, system configuration, diagnostic information, and server logs. Vercel describes its practices in its Privacy Notice.
NPO Grant Writing has not implemented a separate marketing analytics service on this website as of the date above. Third party services described in this notice may collect their own usage information under their respective policies.
