Brendan Bradley

Brendan earned a BA in Literature and spent 10 years in technology sales before moving into nonprofit development. He directs every NPO Grant Writing engagement and developed the proprietary Grant Growth System™ after seeing how much grant work occurs before and after the proposal narrative.

His work focuses on human services, disability services, behavioral health, education, housing, and community based organizations. He leads grant strategy, prospect research, qualification, institutional knowledge, document reconciliation, proposal development, portfolio design, and final professional review.

His approach combines close reading, clear communication, disciplined follow through, and a practical understanding of how organizations build lasting relationships.

Grant Writer

Heidi Roux

Heidi began volunteering while growing up in Washington, DC, an experience that shaped her belief in the importance of the nonprofit sector. She earned a BS in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration. Her nonprofit career spans decades, including service as an Executive Director who helped grow an organization from its grassroots stage to nonprofit maturity and ultimately oversaw its merger.

Grant writing has been a consistent part of Heidi’s work. She believes local nonprofits need diversified funding sources to remain sustainable, and she continues to volunteer across Bucks County.

“Our small to mid-size nonprofits do not have the luxury of having an in-house grants developer, and Executive Directors do not often have the capacity to serve as such. That is where NPO comes in.”

How NPO works

The operating principles are straightforward.

01

Verify before representing.

Material facts and live funder requirements are checked against the strongest available source.

02

Qualify before producing.

Eligibility, fit, access, request strategy, relationship history, and workload are assessed before substantial drafting.

03

Keep authority human.

Clients control their facts, commitments, relationships, approval, and final submission authority.

04

Measure the whole portfolio.

Production, awards, renewals, internal effort, reporting, and risks prevented all matter.
